How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is the standard delivery time?

Domestic orders within Pakistan typically take 3-5 working days, while international shipments can take 7-14 working days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or incorrect sizes within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. We do not offer cash refunds.

Do you provide custom stitching services?

Our collection primarily consists of Ready-to-Wear and Unstitched fabrics. Currently, we do not offer personalized custom stitching or alterations beyond our standard size charts.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal for both local and international transactions.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, a slight variation of 5-10% in color may occur.
